Wrong belief. Held for antarmuhūrta at the least, less than half a pudgalaparāvarta at the most.

Complete or partial delusion about what is true, who teaches it and who is worth following. All 148 karmas of the karma-grantha's count are in existence here. Every soul that has never climbed is here, and a soul that has fallen all the way returns here.

It can last less than half a pudgalaparāvarta for a soul that once had right belief and lost it — which is to say, almost without limit — and an antarmuhūrta at the least.
