The Cosmos

लोक

A universe made by no one, measured to the last yojana — and mapped, place by place, exactly as the texts give it.

Every named place in the Jain cosmos, from the seven hells to the crystal slab at the crown of the universe where liberated souls rest. Each entry carries its Devanāgarī name, its measurements as scripture records them, and links to everything it touches. Follows the Śvetāmbara reckoning throughout.

All of it is also walkable as an interactive atlas of nested maps.
