The second of the four flavoured oceans. Water drawn from it is milk, and the tradition uses it as the type of purity - the ocean of milk is what an image is bathed in, in the imagination if nowhere else.
It is 512 times the width of Jambūdvīpa, and there is no one anywhere in it to taste it.
