Ghṛtavara

घृतवर

The sixth continent, 10,24,00,000 yojana wide.

Past a hundred million yojana across. The figures from here on are not meant to be pictured, and the atlas does not pretend otherwise: the map compresses them so they can be seen at all, and the scale control shows what the compression is hiding.

Named for Ghṛtoda, the ocean of clarified butter beyond it.

Ghṛtoda

घृतोद

20,48,00,000 yojana of clarified butter.

The third flavoured ocean. Ghee is the substance of offering in every Indian ritual tradition, which is presumably why an ocean of it is worth naming when the oceans on either side of the flavoured four are not.

One ring remains before the last of the four.
