वेदनीय

The feeling karma: 2 sub-types, bound for 12 muhūrta at the least and 30 koṭākoṭi sāgaropama at the most.

Two sub-types, pleasant and unpleasant. It is aghātiyā: it colours experience without touching what the soul is, which is why a kevalī, who has shed every harming karma, can still feel.

Its shortest hold is twelve muhūrta, longer than any other karma's; it ends only at the close of the fourteenth.
