Sambhavanātha
संभवनाथ
Born in Śrāvastī; tradition ties his birth to the ending of a famine.
Sambhava — origin, arising. The commentaries say the land's grain returned with him, which is the kind of etymology every name in this line carries: a claim about what the world did when he entered it.
He stood 400 dhanuṣ and lived 60 lakh pūrva, thirty lakh koṭi sāgaropama after Ajita.
